O Tribunal de Justi�a decretou, na tarde desta ter�a-feira (5), a pris�o tempor�ria do jogador de futebol Carlos Guilherme Santos de Oliveira, conhecido como Carlinhos, que � investigado pela Pol�cia Civil pelo assassinato do namorado da ex-companheira.

Na decis�o, o juiz Andr� Luiz Tomasi de Queiroz, da 1� Vara Criminal da Comarca de Jandira, determina a pris�o tempor�ria de 30 dias, afirmando que, considerando o depoimento da ex-companheira de Carlinhos, h� ind�cios de envolvimento do jogador no crime.
�Faz-se necess�ria a cust�dia tempor�ria do investigado, para a conclus�o do inqu�rito, em raz�o da dificuldade de obter depoimentos isentos de temor, o que dificulta o alcance da verdade real. H� ind�cios de autoria, considerando o depoimento de uma das v�timas, ao reconhecer seu ex-companheiro�, disse o juiz na decis�o.
Ainda segundo o juiz, o Minist�rio P�blico alega que Carlinhos fugiu do local do crime. Ele deve ser interrogado, como procedimento da investiga��o.
�Como bem corroborado pelo Minist�rio P�blico, remanescem importantes dilig�ncias para conclus�o da investiga��o, especialmente a oitiva do investigado, considerando este ter se evadido do local do crime, bem como a conclus�o dos exames periciais e oitivas de demais testemunhas�, completou o juiz em trecho do documento.
Segundo o Jornal Vanguarda, o advogado de Carlinhos disse que o jogador vai se entregar nos pr�ximos dias.

Segundo o boletim de ocorr�ncia (bo), o crime foi neste domingo (3) em Jandira, na Grande S�o Paulo. Carlinhos, que foi contratado h� quase um m�s pelo Taubat�, fugiu ap�s o crime e n�o foi localizado.
Consta no bo que o caso aconteceu por volta das 6h, em uma casa na rua Prudenciano Alves Lima, no bairro Infant's Garden. A v�tima fatal foi identificada no boletim como Deivid Wesley Serafim, de 28 anos.
Carlinhos � acusado pela ex-companheira de atacar e matar Deivid Wesley com golpes de martelo, enxada e faca.
A mulher se separou do jogador h� duas semanas e disse para a pol�cia que estava iniciando um novo relacionamento, com Deivid, que foi morto no ataque deste domingo (3).

O lateral-esquerdo Carlinhos, de 27 anos, foi anunciado pelo Taubat� no dia 8 de novembro. O clube tem usado o fim do ano para montar o elenco que jogar� na pr�xima temporada.
